WINK PROPERTY INVESTMENT was established in 1995, and has successfully catered to and provided reliable and courteous off-campus accommodations to McMaster University, Mohawk College, St. Joseph's Hospital students and faculty throughout West Hamilton.
A large portion of our clients and residents have some affiliation with these Hamilton Institutions, however, we also cater to and provide housing for many families, couples and individuals within our buildings. We are not a multi-national corporation, however are locally owned and operated.
We consider ourselves to be an organization which is small enough to provide more personalized service, yet still remain well connected with many colleagues and associates within the industry, both on municipal and provincial levels.
We are active members of HDAA (Hamilton and District Apartment Association), an organization and lobby which keeps up with current trends and local developments, promotes professionalism within the industry and represents thousands of individual and institutional rental landlord's of all sizes around the golden horseshoe.
Currently we manage approximately 100 residents and clients and are routinely involved in property acquisition and rehabilitation projects - both residentially and commercially.

We have an in-house and sub-contracted team of superintendents, support staff, and trades people which take care of any problems as they arise and are proud of the accommodations and service we offer. We are not a third party management company - ownership and operations are all part of the WINK organization.
WINK PROPERTIES & REALTY INC., Brokerage, was newly established in the fall of 2009. After several years of private realty investment experience, both residentially and commercially, and working for another local Hamilton Real Estate Brokerage, the idea to combine the related synergies under one umbrella was brought to fruition. As a result of this collaboration, we have been able to offer 'in house' real estate assistance and solutions to our own clientele in cases where they are ready to buy a property of their own.
We certainly cater to anyone with REAL ESTATE needs, whether seasoned investors or first time buyers. We have been involved in transactions up to $3M dollars and have represented clients in purchasing, leasing or selling condominiums, houses, townhouses, apartment buildings, retail and office spaces. Although we have our own listings periodically, more often than not, we work on behalf of and represent BUYERS in transactions.
We offer independent, impartial representation, and paruise the market to locate the most suitable property, and best value for our clients. We are members of RAHB (Realtor's Association of Hamilton Burlington), OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association) and CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association).
Our areas of concentration include the greater Hamilton area, Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough, & Burlington. We have also worked on out-of-town transactions in Oakville, Barrie, Rockton, Sheffield and Cambridge outlying areas.
